No contract will exist between us in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your purchase request is not accepted and your account has already been debited, you will be refunded in full. Only those products listed on the Dispatch Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract. 6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The complete management of your order is subject to the availability of the products ordered so that if at the time of preparing your order in our warehouse we do not have the product you want because there is no stock of it or because we consider that the product is not in condition for sale, we will inform you of this and we will refund the amount you have paid for it within a maximum period of seven days from when we inform you that the product cannot be delivered.
In any case we will inform you of any changes that may occur in your order due to the unavailability of items. The articles offered through this website are available for FREE delivery only in the Peninsula (mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, Andorra).
Deliveries are made to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad according to the current transport rates.
Without prejudice to the provisions of the section "Availability of products" and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, if delivery is made to your home, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from receipt of the "Shipping Confirmation". In the event that the option chosen for the delivery of your order is delivery to one of our physical shops, the delivery time will be extended to a maximum of nine working days.
Please note that the Shipping Confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing the order if you have chosen home delivery as the delivery method, or within 7 working days of placing the order if you have chosen to pick up the product at one of our shops. If for reasons beyond the control of TRETZE SHOES we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid within a maximum period of 30 days from the cancellation of the order and in the same payment method used to pay for the order online unless you choose a different method of payment.
We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" or "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered at the time of signing for receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
8. FAILURE TO DELIVER
When the shipment is refused at destination or, for any other reason beyond the control of MRW or the companies that actually carry out the transport, the delivery of the shipment cannot be made, MRW, as soon as possible, will communicate to the SENDER the circumstances that prevent the delivery.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received by you, with the exception of the shipping costs of your order (you will be charged € 5 per item, shipping costs and collection of the order unless the shipping method has been "shop pickup").

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting any of our physical shops (Tretze Shoes), in which case the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not incur any costs for you.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods, from the time you receive them until you inform us of the withdrawal, resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days after the order has been shipped.
For December purchases, the return period will be increased until after Christmas Day.
In order to process the return, please send an email stating the reason for the return and we will reply to you with instructions.
In order to be able to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
It must also be in the original packaging.

12. PRODUCT LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
The legal guarantee of all our products is that defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by TRETZE SHOES.
The aforementioned guarantee is regulated by the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the minimum guarantee period for any new item is 2 years, although, after the first six months, it is the customer who must prove that the problem with the item is a defect of origin and not wear and tear caused by the normal and correct use of the product.
However, in the event that the item under warranty does not meet the optimum conditions for use, TRETZE SHOES will assume the corresponding responsibility towards the customer so that we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for that product as well as to reimburse the expenses that the customer has had to pay to acquire the product.
Therefore, if the article has a defect or defect or there has been an error in the shipment, the customer can return it in any of our shops or send it to our warehouse.
Once the defect has been checked, we will refund the full value of the amount paid, including shipping and return costs and, where appropriate, the amount paid for the gift wrapping.
We will only refund the return postage and packaging costs if:
