Free exchanges: Size exchanges can be made free of charge within 15 days of placing your online order. For December purchases, this period is extended to 30 days.

Please note: Returned items must be in perfect condition, which will be inspected by the store manager. If you choose to return online, you must wrap the returned product in a separate box from the shoe itself.

Easy Returns:

Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 15 days and with the product in perfect condition (in December this period is extended to 30 days).

We will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost. If you choose to return your item to a physical store, you will receive a full refund.

We do not accept returns on socks.
