Shipments outside the European Union

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price of your order or in the shipping costs.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the local customs office at the time of delivery.

This is standard international shipping policy (referred to as "Delivered Duty Unpaid") and may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Package Delivery

As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS or GLS, with tracking number and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one individually. We cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.
