6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The complete processing of your order is subject to the availability of the products ordered. In any case, we will inform you of any changes that may occur to your order due to unavailability. Items offered through this website are available for FREE delivery only within the Iberian Peninsula (mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, and Andorra).

Shipments are made to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or abroad according to current shipping rates.

7. DELIVERY

Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in the "Product Availability" section and barring extraordinary circumstances, if delivery is made to your address, the delivery period is 2 to 5 business days from receipt of the "Shipping Confirmation." If your chosen delivery option is to have your order delivered to one of our physical stores, the delivery period will be extended to a maximum of nine business days.

Please note that the Shipping Confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing your order if you have chosen home delivery as your delivery method, or within 7 business days of placing your order if you have chosen to pick up the product at one of our stores. If, for reasons beyond TRETZE SHOES's control, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order and in the same payment method used to pay for the online order, unless you choose another payment method.

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or "handover" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered upon signature for receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

8. LACK OF DELIVERY

When the shipment is rejected at destination or, for any other reason beyond the control of Tipsa or the companies that actually carry out the transport, delivery cannot be made, Tipsa will, as soon as possible, inform the SENDER of the circumstances that prevent delivery.

In this case, the SENDER must respond in writing to the SENDER, within a maximum period of fifteen days from receipt of said communication, whether he/she wishes to recover the shipment or prefers it to be sent to another destination.

After this period has elapsed without THE SENDER exercising its right, the shipment will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations according to the nature and type of shipment. In any case, THE SENDER will be responsible, in addition to paying the corresponding additional fee, for any expenses and costs incurred.

9. RATES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Consequences of withdrawal

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by going to any of our physical stores (Tretze Shoes), in which case exercising your right of withdrawal will not incur any costs.

You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods, from the moment you receive them until you notify us of your withdrawal, resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of order shipment.

For December purchases, the return period will be extended until after Christmas Day.

To process your return, please send an email stating the reason for your return, and we will respond with instructions.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

It must also be in its original packaging.

12. PRODUCT LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

The legal warranty for all our products is as defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by TRETZE SHOES.

This warranty is regulated by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the minimum warranty period for any new item is two years. However, after the first six months, it is the customer who must demonstrate that the problem with the item is a manufacturing defect and not wear and tear caused by normal and correct use of the product.

However, if the guaranteed item does not meet optimal conditions of use, TRETZE SHOES will assume the corresponding responsibility towards the customer, such that the amounts paid for said product will be refunded, as well as the expenses that the customer has had to pay for its acquisition.

Therefore, if the item has a defect or flaw, or there has been a shipping error, the customer can return it to any of our stores or send it to our warehouse.

Once the defect has been verified, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping and return costs and, where applicable, the amount paid for gift wrapping.

We will only refund return shipping and packaging costs if:

  1. The item is defective.
  2. There was a sending error.
  3. The item does not match the photo on the website.
  4. The order has arrived outside the deadlines established in our General Conditions of Purchase.
  5. The package has been damaged during transport.
