Size exchanges are free within 30 days of placing your order online (we understand, buying shoes online can be tricky...).

Yes, we accept returns on all items, we will issue a full refund subtracting 5€ from shipping. You can schedule the pick up at your convenience.
As long as it is returned within 30 days of placing the order online and the item is in perfect condition.

Attention: You must wrap the returned product in a box external to the shoe box itself.
If you want to do it on your own or deliver it in store also notify us by Whatsapp and you will get a full refund.
